This classic home in the depths of beautiful Pepper Pike was in need of waterproofing around its perimeter, as well as new paver patios for its front and back sitting areas. After digging deep around the foundation and applying waterproofing substrate, the patios were then paved, and designed to be inviting and livable. The back patio was finished off with gorgeous stone steps to lead to the patio at ground level.
